Coronavirus response – CBD Twist

As the Coronavirus situation develops, we wanted to let you know how we at CBD Twist are responding. Being a trustworthy business, we want you to know we’re putting you and our team members first.

Please note, per the latest NHS guidance, it is very unlikely the virus can be transmitted by delivery of our e-liquid and hardware products.

What are we doing?

  • We’re following the advice of the Government and monitoring any changes closely;
  • We are minimising contact between employees;
  • We’re washing our hands regularly;
  • We are keeping our stock room and offices clean and tidy;
  • If any of our team members show any mild symptoms, they are following government guidelines to self-isolate and reduce the risk of spreading the infection.

What does it mean for you?


We use Royal Mail to deliver our orders. At present, they are continuing to fulfil their usual delivery times. Should this change, we will provide you with an update as to how your order will be fulfilled and delivered to you.


At present, our stock levels are fluctuating. We are doing our best to keep stocks up and ensure we have enough to fulfil your orders. If any part of your order cannot be completed, we will contact you with suggested replacements or an estimated time when your order can be sent.

Going forward

We will continue to monitor the situation and follow direction given by the government and will take whatever action is necessary to protect the health of our customers and our teams.
